RCJ800C drilling rig is an efficient and stable hydraulic core drilling rig specially designed for hard rock drilling. It adopts a fully hydraulic drive system, including an advanced axial piston pump and a tilting axis piston motor, which can realize the rotation and stepless speed regulation of the power head. Its cylinder chain - type two - speed feed mechanism and transverse translation mechanism ensure motion stability and reliability. The drilling tower is designed with an overall lifting and sliding cylinder, which can flexibly drill holes within the range of 0 - 90°. The hydraulic system adopts load - sensitive control, which improves work efficiency and torque output.
The drilling rig is driven by full hydraulic pressure, the rotation of the power head is driven by an axial plunger pump and an inclined-axis plunger motor, two mechanical gears plus stepless speed regulation, and an advanced structure. The power head adopts an oil cylinder chain double-speed feeding mechanism, which is stable and reliable in movement, and has a lateral translation mechanism of the power head. The mast adopts an oil cylinder to lift and fall to slide as a whole, and can drill holes within the range of 0-90°. The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, with high working efficiency and large torque.
